Self-guided tours may be scheduled for any day the museum is open. The museum is closed Saturdays, and most Jewish and Federal holidays. Be aware that Jewish holidays begin on the evening before, so the museum usually closes early on those days. Please check the museum calendar!
Tour reservation requests may be made online; by printing out and mailing the tour request form (1440 Spring St. NW, Atlanta 30309); by e-mail; or by phone (678-222-3700).
Visits of more than ten students or adults must be scheduled at least a month in advance. Tour requests will be filled in the order received and every effort will be made to accommodate your request. No tour is confirmed unless you receive a written confirmation.

Fees & Payment
Student group rates are $4 per student and $6 per adult for tours booked a month in advance. Teachers and bus drivers are free of charge, as well as one adult chaperone per each ten students. Additional adults are $6 each.
To guarantee your reservation, a non-refundable scheduling fee of $30 per tour is due at least four weeks before your tour date. This payment may be made online through our secure website, by credit card or by check.
Upon entering the museum, payment in full for the tour is due. Payments may be made by cash, check, or charge card (VISA, MC, AMEX are accepted). Groups are responsible for collecting fees and making one payment for the entire group.
