Director of Development

Moved by the mission of The Breman, the Director of Development will grow our donor base and foster a culture of philanthropy throughout our community. We are seeking someone to build internal and external relationships that enhance our visibility, impact, and overall funding portfolio. The Director of Development will be forward-thinking, intentional, and have a keen ability to develop and implement strategies. The Breman is at a unique time in its history and will soon celebrate a milestone anniversary.

The ideal candidate should have experience directing successful annual fundraising campaigns (individual giving, grant management, membership, corporate gifts, event planning, matching gifts, etc.). It is important that this person feels at ease with initiating solicitations and closing significant gifts of $5,000 and up. The development department is charged with raising more than $1 million annually. By continuing a robust stewardship plan, our supporters will feel deeply connected to The Breman.
